Sip & Play Cafe Membership Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Our memberships are designed to give families more opportunities to play while saving money. By purchasing a Sip & Play Cafe membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Founding Memberships

Founding Single-Child: $39/month; includes 10 play sessions per month for one enrolled child and 1 free friend visit per month.
Founding Multi-Child: $60/month; includes 10 play sessions per month for each enrolled child and 1 free friend visit per month. Includes up to 3 children. A fourth child may be added for $15/month.
Founding memberships are offered at a reduced rate and include only the benefits specifically listed for the Founding Membership. Additional benefits available with other membership plans are not included unless expressly stated.
Founding rates are locked in while the membership remains active. Founding memberships are available for a limited time.

2. Play Sessions

Each enrolled child receives up to 10 play sessions per membership month. Sessions reset each membership month and do not roll over. Sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or other services. Sessions are intended for the child enrolled on the membership and may not be transferred without approval from Sip & Play Cafe.

3. Free Friend Visit

Eligible memberships include 1 free friend visit per month. The benefit is for a guest accompanying the member's enrolled child. Unused friend visits do not accumulate or carry over. The same guest may use the benefit more than once in different months.

4. Reservations & Availability

Memberships provide access to play sessions but do not guarantee availability at a particular date or time. Reservations are subject to availability. Members are responsible for making reservations when required or recommended. Sip & Play Cafe may establish reservation limits or procedures to ensure fair access.

5. Billing

Monthly memberships are billed according to the payment schedule established at purchase. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If payment fails, Sip & Play Cafe may suspend membership benefits until the balance is resolved.

6. Cancellation

Members may cancel a monthly membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges, while benefits remain available through the end of the already-paid membership period. Unused sessions or benefits are not refundable and do not carry over after cancellation.
Founding membership pricing is only maintained while the membership remains active. If a founding membership is cancelled, the founding rate is forfeited. Rejoining later will be subject to the pricing and terms available at that time.

7. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are prepaid for the applicable membership period. Annual fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period begins, except where required by law or approved by Sip & Play Cafe. Monthly play-session benefits reset each membership month and do not accumulate.

8. Membership Changes

Changes to children enrolled on a membership may be permitted at the discretion of Sip & Play Cafe. Memberships may not be sold, transferred, or resold to another household without prior approval. Adding children to a multi-child membership is subject to applicable pricing and limits.

9. Discounts & Additional Benefits

Discounts and complimentary benefits apply only to the membership plan that specifically includes them. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or additional sessions.

10. House Rules & Safety

All members, children, and guests must follow Sip & Play Cafe's safety rules, play-area rules, staff instructions, and other applicable policies. Membership does not exempt anyone from house rules. Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children and guests.

11. Misuse

Sip & Play Cafe may suspend or terminate a membership for fraudulent or unauthorized use, attempted resale or transfer of benefits, repeated rule violations, abusive or threatening behavior, failure to pay, or conduct that interferes with cafe operations or guest/staff safety.

12. Changes to Policy

Sip & Play Cafe may update membership benefits, policies, pricing, or terms for future memberships. Existing founding members will retain their founding rate while their membership remains active, except where required by law or otherwise agreed upon.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or using a Sip & Play Cafe membership, the member acknowledges that they have read and agree to this Membership Policy and the terms of their selected membership plan.
